Print this dolly for winding a customized 403MHz tuned helical antenna for your TTGO radiosonde tracker.
This printed dolly replaces the drill-bit that is used in the instructions above and allows for a more accurate construction.
Use 0.5mm coated wire. De-solder the original helix from the stubby antenna and solder this in it’s place. The feed wire is about 10mm.
You can superglue into place once the wire is wound and trim the print on the side where the feed wire needs to be soldered.
Printed with 0.3mm nozzle and minimal layer height.
